First service on my 2018 Civic Si I was greeted by a delightful young lady as soon as I pulled up. She confirmed my appointment and got me with a service writer immediately. The service writer was professional and pleasant to deal with. In addition to my oil change I had a couple minor concerns. The Shop foreman drive the car and fixed one minor issue (a rattle in the drivers door, a loose clip) and made sure that my other item was actually normal and not a problem. He was also a great communicator and great to deal with. I’m currently going through a lemon law issue with another manufacturer. If I can get them to buy my car back I plan to come back to Conyers Honda, both because of the salesperson, Ebony, I used to buy the Civic and because of the treatment I got from the service department. More
