He did tell me about the new Ford Explorer 2016 but I brushed it off believing it was well out of my price range. After viewing used cars and not finding anything I was interested, I wandered around the lot while Todd was doing some updates on my current Ford vehicle. I spotted the 2016 Explorer Sport, not knowing what it was till I got up close and instantly fell in love with it. Todd assisted me getting the vehicle for a price that I could afford and set me up with Ed in finance who found me another discount! The whole experience took less than 4 hours, very impressed all the way around! More

Now that I have three grandchildren, one a new born, I need a bigger car. I looked at the Edge, Flex and the Explorer. I ended up getting the Explorer (2014) It has every bell and whistle in it! I love it! I won't need a new car for a long time! The people at Ford Country are very nice and helpful. I will recommend them to anyone who wants to by a car. My daughter and her husband also bought a car from Ford Country about six months ago and also had a great experience. I think I got a pretty good deal, and I'm very happy with my car and experience! Roy and Ed were great to work with, super nice guys! Thank you for everything! More

Awesome dealership, no sleazy tactics! Over the past year I have purchased two trucks and a car from Ford Country and with every purchase I was made to feel like a VIP. Our salesman, Eric G Over the past year I have purchased two trucks and a car from Ford Country and with every purchase I was made to feel like a VIP. Our salesman, Eric Grant, was very professional and handled every request we had with speed and a sense of importance as if he were working a deal for a family member. The sales team never pressured us with a stripped down vehicle, high payments, high interest loans or any type of deal we didn't want. With each deal we told them what we wanted and on two of the three deals they actually had to get our vehicles from other lots just to ensure we got everything we asked for. I have purchased vehicles from numerous other dealers in the valley and have never received the customer service I have gotten from Ford Country. No back and fourth, no games just great service. These guys value their customers. More
