Salesperson David Burn was an e This week I took delivery of a 2006 Buick Lucerne from the used car lot at Gandrud Chevrolet in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Salesperson David Burn was an exemplary representative of Gandrud, going out of his way to assure my complete satisfaction. "Tank" did a great job of detailing the vehicle prior to delivery. The used car manager was resourceful in coming up with this vehicle before it had even been placed in inventory, as a creative response to my specific request for features of a desired car. My experience with Gandrud's service department has likewise been marvelous. Ed Baldwin is an insightful diagnostician, determining the likely causes of concerns I've expressed. Terrible Service Abysmal customer service, they don't care about you after the sale. Had my brand new truck in 3 or 4 times and now that they cant find the cause I'm being told its normal. A brand new truck should not make loud noises, I shouldn't have to pump the brake every morning to not hear the sound. Took weeks to get my paperwork. They talk to you like you know nothing about how a vehicle works. Pretty pathetic. My Mother got a SUV from Gandrud and I had my brother buy a NEW truck from Gandrud and this is how they treat their customers. Guess what they wont see anyone from my family buy anything from them. Trust me I'm spreading the word to EVERYONE I know. More

In and out in a jiffy! Took my vehicle to Gandrud Chevrolet for an oil change and tire rotation. They were very efficient in getting my car in and done, under 30 minutes!
