Even going so far as calling and getting information on service history for this used vehicle! Once I decided I wanted the car he sprung into action and was able to get me in the car at a low price that I was beyond happy with. All while he sorted out all the paperwork I was given a beverage and premium snack. Finance with Melissa was quick and informational, she gave me every piece of info I could ever need and even made me chuckle a bit. This is our second vehicle now from Audi and we will be back for the next one. I have bought many cars over the years and this dealership has to the best one so far. Normally you are pressured in to buying extended warranties or care packages you don’t really want. They never pressure me to make any additional purchases. They were very fair with the price and a haggle free negotiation took place. The car was detailed to perfection and Ed Bean went over everything in detail. He is very knowledgeable about the cars he sells. Normally I know more about the cars than the sales person but not this time. I was never rushed and all my questions answered. I look forward to buying many cars from them in the future. With good conscience I can highly recommend this dealership. I wish all dealerships were like this one! More
