Ed Bean! Man, what can I say… there’s a lot of car sales people out there, not many quite like Ed though. I’m not sure I have a “recent” vehicle purchase Man, what can I say… there’s a lot of car sales people out there, not many quite like Ed though. I’m not sure I have a “recent” vehicle purchase to actually review but this reminder keeps popping up so maybe I forgot or something but I guess that’s just the point. Ed defies all of the typical salesman garbage, he treats his people like family. Seriously love the experience he delivers and will continue to recommend him to everyone. You can be his people too! Perfection to every detail describes my experience with the staff and everyone involved with my transaction at this dealership. starting with the young lady that called me after my visit to their website o the staff and everyone involved with my transaction at this dealership. starting with the young lady that called me after my visit to their website on a specific vehicle that I was interested in, followed by discussions with Edward Bean, my sales representative that I can now call a friend who was very personable, to my laughter with the sales manager Aaron Warner who made my negotiations a pleasure to deal with. to the finance manager David O'Daniel who negotiated a phenomenal rate for my financing through Wells Fargo and finally to the service manager who walked us through a check engine light which was basically our new Porsche learning about us LOL. so this dealership sets the bar on how a dealership should service and keep their clients!!! Thank you O'Daniel Motors and all your great staff!!! More

Griffin gave me the best dealership experience I could ask for. I never felt pressured into buying. Right from the get go he listened to what I wanted, what I was looking for, and what I wanted to pay. We ask for. I never felt pressured into buying. Right from the get go he listened to what I wanted, what I was looking for, and what I wanted to pay. We never went over the price and he ended up getting me into a brand new Audi SQ5. He was professional, honest, respectful, and really made me feel like a friend. I will be coming to Griffin for all my future car purchases. He earned my business and earned a friend.
