There is something very wrong with your closing procedures as I was there 3 hours. I think the feeling of the dealership is that they could care less how inconvenient it is. Daneska was my sales person and she was the absolute best. She was attentive and flexible, helped me figure out the right deal, and worked with my crazy schedule. I got mixed messaging from the finance managers, who gave me contradicting answers in different occasions. Even though my out the door proposal included dmv fees and we had discussed my plate needs, they tried to charge me extra for a plate after everything was done - contracts signed and down payment paid. Still, Daneska supported me from beginning to end and made it all worth it. More
