He makes you feel like you are the only customer in the dealership and makes sure all your needs in a vehicle are met. Ed Berkolz makes the purchase of a vehicle very comfortable, fun and easy. My finance person Dennis Stanly also did an outstanding job. Dennis thoroughly explained each product available such as gap, extended warranty and such. He did not push for you to purchase the most expensive one, he left the desicion up to me. He took his time to answer any and all my questions and concerns, as well as making sure I left his office confident with all the information I was given and feeling confident in my vehicle and product purchase. Dennis also gave me a really good experience making this big purchase by making this a very comfortable and an easy process. All in all a very positive experience. Nathan came out to see if he could help me as soon as I started looking at the car. This was much better than the ignoring I received at 2 other dealerships! From start to finish this was the most amazing car buying experience I’ve ever had. I live out of state and reached out to Nate boxx regarding the silverado and he helped to run numbers and get everything i experience I’ve ever had.
