Great Experience I had met an employee there briefly outside the dealership, Jane Lear, and asked for a referral for a salesman at this dealership & was given the name I had met an employee there briefly outside the dealership, Jane Lear, and asked for a referral for a salesman at this dealership & was given the name of Ed Burris. I went to the dealership late one afternoon & requested to see Mr Burris but as it turned out he had left for the day. I was introduced to Mark Barnwell who said he would be glad to help until I could meet with Mr Burris. Mark took down some information about my needs and then showed us some vehicles that fit our list of needs gave me a list of things that would be needed from me when I came back to meet with Ed Burris, who called me the first thing the next day to set an appointment to come in and see him. Mr Burris worked me and helped me get EXACTLY what I needed. I had all the information he needed, thanks to Mark, and everything went smoothly when I purchased my 2018 Equinox. Shawn in finance made signing the papers easy by having them ready to go. I am happy to say I am COMPLETELY SATISFIED with my experience. More
