A few months later as I was waiting for my car being serviced (KUDDOS TO THE GREATEST GM SERVICE DEPT-EVER, thanks to Joe, Liz & Brian!), Ed approached me and we began a conversation. I stated what I was interested in and he jumped right on it. We looked at some used trucks, I learned some new and interesting information and we discussed the pro's and con's of each and came up with two that would suit my requests. The entire process of purchasing my 2012 Chevy Silverado 4x4 was smooth and hassle free. Ed is the epitomy of Customer Service. Whenever I'm at Ray Chevrolet for service (for over 16 years and 5 purchases), if Ed is present, he approaches me and says hello. If more sales personnel had the personality of Ed Dembski, I am quite sure the sales numbers would triple!!! Additionally, Dan Loggins in Finance was a great help also. Honest Dealers! I had gone out car shopping on the day before visiting Ray Chevrolet and had a terrible experience. The dealership had try to take advantage of me by presenting a "deal" that was above blue book value for a sub standard car. When I went to Ray Chevrolet, they were honest about the prices (every had the blue book value and was not priced over), had friendly employees (I highly recommend Ed!), and gave me a great value on my trade in (the previous dealership had offered half of what Ray gave me!). I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest price, trade in, and great customer service! More
