I’ve always gotten good deals & great Customer service from the salesperson I’ve dealt with at Sundance!! I haven’t purchased from you in quite some time because I tend to keep my vehicles far to long. So from the salesperson I’ve dealt with at Sundance!! I haven’t purchased from you in quite some time because I tend to keep my vehicles far to long. So the previous salesperson was no longer there. So I found working with Ed Fernandez was great, he was efficient understood my needs & followed thru with my 2021 truck. It’s going to be along time for me to need another vehicle but if I do I will be calling Ed! More

Drove 2 hours for the SUV I found on the internet after talking to Art, the salesperson, on the phone...SO EXCITED...test drive was great, then starts the deal: very low trade in offered negotiating, waiti talking to Art, the salesperson, on the phone...SO EXCITED...test drive was great, then starts the deal: very low trade in offered negotiating, waiting, offer more options (detailing) for high costs, no thank you, waiting, talked to loan guy, had to ask for a lower interest rate, searching, found one, waiting straight thru lunch time, signing papers (zillions of papers) with no explanation unless I asked a question, more waiting, so...spent 4 hours there. Then called with questions after reviewing all my paperwork, numbers didn’t add up right, so called...no call back, call again, yes there was an overcharge, call you back, no call back, call again, (very RUDE & snippy receptionist), salesman asks “what will make you happy?”, I say “refund the overcharge (that was never discussed with me when I purchased the vehicle)”, still no call back, call again and ask for a manager, who says the charge was in the deal and can’t be refunded, NO SENSE IN ARGUING BECAUSE THEY DON’T CARE ONCE THEY HAVE THEIR MONEY!!! Bad business, poor customer service, overcharges they sneak in, and I would never send anyone there to even use the bathroom. More
