Originally felt satisfied with my initial purchase of a 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid however the next morning I receive a text from the salesman asking to send my social security information through text or cal 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid however the next morning I receive a text from the salesman asking to send my social security information through text or call required to confirm payments over $10K. While my questions were answered by Lou, it seemed like he was more focused on leaving that day rather than properly giving me the time and respect to finish my sale. I'm sure it's frustrating running back and forth from office to customer to fill out paperwork but the forgetfulness has made me feel less than satisfied and more nervous about my purchase than I was at the dealership. Talked to Ed who apologized for the inconvenience and understood that giving SSN information over the phone is not a safe means of relaying sensitive information however still required I send it to them. This was the first vehicle I purchased on my own and my lack of knowledge on the process seems exploited. More
