The car had a few more features than what I was looking for, but Ed and Laura worked with me on pricing. At closing, finance seemed a little pushy, but it all worked out in the end. Easy, no pressure quick transaction I emailed Circle BMW inquiring about a lease. I received a return email, as I hadn't provided my phone number. When I provided my number, I received a prompt call from Ed. He gave me financial specifics over the phone instead of pressuring me to come to the dealer first. Once I was set on the model and options, he showed me what they had in their inventory. They didn't give me blue book for my low mileage trade, but they tried to work with the price as much as possible to get me closer to the payment I was comfortable with. (I've never gotten blue book for my trade from a dealer in the past.) It was a low stress, no pressure transaction, which I appreciate. I will be back again in 3 years when my lease is up. More

I began my experience with Ed Garrigal, who was super pleasant and accommodating. I didn't make a purchase that same day as I was still shopping around, but Ed made sure to follow up just enough to let me know that he had cars in mind for me and he was interested in making a deal that was mutually beneficial for us. He got me back in the door a week later! Ed was busy with another client when I came in, so he handed me over to his colleague Robert Bilek, who was just as quick, helpful and efficient, closing the deal and finding me the exact car I was looking for in the price range that Ed and I had discussed the week prior. Robert was patient, answered all of my questions, and really took my interests into account. Great service, great teamwork, and an overall warm atmosphere. 5 stars to all- Robert, Ed and Circle BMW.
