Helpful and accommodating I’m a very difficult person to deal with because I do not impulse buy and I mull over my options non stop. I was not ready to buy the car after the fi I’m a very difficult person to deal with because I do not impulse buy and I mull over my options non stop. I was not ready to buy the car after the first test drive, and rather than being pushy like most other dealerships, they were very understanding and relaxed about it. I went back several days later to test drive it again. I told them how much one of the other dealerships were willing to give me for my trade in and they matched it. Overall, great experience compared to other dealerships. I will be looking that way when my next car purchase approaches. More

Pleasant and salesman wasn't pushy. Sometimes when you go looking for a new car, salesman act like they know more about your wants and needs than you do. Being a 60 year old experienced car buyer, that's real annoying. If that happens, I usually move on to the next dealership. But I'll have to say this was not the case at State Line Nissan. The salesman seemed to realize that I could walk away if I wasn't respected as an experienced car buyer. Thanks fof that. We met all our goals financially and found the car that both my wife and I were satisfied with to buy. Everybody we worked with at State Line were all pleasant to deal with to achieve our successful purchase. We look forward to working with State Line's service department. We hope to be just as satisfied. We love our new Rogue, and thanks again again for helping us try our first Nissan. More

The service department has the greatest customer service that I've ever experienced. They have learned our driving history and needs for maintenance on each of our vehicles and keep us up to date on any recalls and suggested maintenance for the amount of driving that we do. Because of the relationship we developed with the service department; we have since bought a few more vehicles from the sales team. More

Expert, professional, speedy customer service I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I purchased a vehicle in about 45 minutes, including a trade in, 10 minutes prior to closing. St I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I purchased a vehicle in about 45 minutes, including a trade in, 10 minutes prior to closing. Staff actually stayed late to make this happen. Everybody was really friendly and professional. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and not like a "woman", but as a valued customer. Thank you Floyd for helping me navigate the Jeep through the city during the test drive. Without you I would have gotten hopelessly lost and the drive would have been less entertaining as well. I received a great deal on the Jeep and my trade-in (Ed), great communication, instructions, and follow-up from Justin, and Ed insured I had a full tank of gas to get me back home 2.5 hours away. Stateline Nissan is definitely the place I will recommend to my friends and family, and consider for future business. More
