They have learned our driving history and needs for maintenance on each of our vehicles and keep us up to date on any recalls and suggested maintenance for the amount of driving that we do. Everybody was really friendly and professional. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and not like a "woman", but as a valued customer. Thank you Floyd for helping me navigate the Jeep through the city during the test drive. Without you I would have gotten hopelessly lost and the drive would have been less entertaining as well. I received a great deal on the Jeep and my trade-in (Ed), great communication, instructions, and follow-up from Justin, and Ed insured I had a full tank of gas to get me back home 2.5 hours away.
