I’m completely done with this dealership and will NEVER return!!! I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue from this dealership a little over a year ago. I had noticed the bumper was coming apart. I asked my salesm return!!! I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue from this dealership a little over a year ago. I had noticed the bumper was coming apart. I asked my salesman if the car had any reported accidents and he stated no. I wasn’t going to purchase the car until he told me his manager stated they would fix the bumper. I DID NOT ask for it to be fixed. It was offered. The first fix I didn’t notice a difference. The second fix it LOOKED fixed but barely. I started noticing some months ago that the bumper started falling apart again. I’m assuming that they did a quick and easy fix to get me off the lot. I wrote a review and they offered to make it right by getting me into a new car or fixing my car if I removed the review. I told them what I wanted if I got a new car. I don’t want to pay more than what I’m paying now and I want a new SUV, not used. If they couldn’t do that they should’ve never wasted my time. They tried to get me into a $600+ car payment and ran my credit for nothing. So I told them to just fix my car. The car was the same after they so called themselves fixing it again. At that point I just walked away. Don’t offer to fix things you’re not going to fix correctly!!! They gave me a loaner and during the time of me having the loaner while they fixed my car a pothole popped the tire of the loaner that MODOT refuses to fix. So I told them I would just pay for the tire. They quoted me $333. The manager stated if I removed the review they would charge $200. It seems like they were only worried about the review more than really helping me. I went ahead and removed the review because I was tired of dealing with it until I just noticed literally a few days after they so called themselves fixing it again the bumper is falling down more. I included pictures of the so called fix and what it’s starting to look like again. I wish I could get better photos. Update: What my car looks like 8 months after they supposedly fixed it. Don’t offer to fix things just to get people to drive off the lot. More pictures included. More

While I received a nice car from this dealership. My experience with employees are awful. Nissan is so unorganized and their follow up was awful. I’d call and message employees multiple to never get My experience with employees are awful. Nissan is so unorganized and their follow up was awful. I’d call and message employees multiple to never get answers or be left waiting. Even for simple things. Even since purchasing, outdated things have yet to have been met AND information about pickup isn’t shared and communicated between employees. So while I’m a simple answer; I received a nice car. So I suppose I can’t complain too much but these are serious issues that highly dampened my experience. More
