Great dealership. This was the first time I had called about a vehicle and the vehicle was actually being cleaned when I got there. That was a very important detail to me. Everybody at the dealer ship was about a vehicle and the vehicle was actually being cleaned when I got there. That was a very important detail to me. Everybody at the dealer ship was friendly and courteous. The no haggle pricing was great. My wife and both felt it was well worth the hour and half drive to get there. I will be sending others to buy at Apple. More

I had excellent car buying experience with Apple Ford Columbia. Starting with internet research, the Apple website provided accurate and detailed vehicle inventory. On site at the dealership, Ed Karn was Columbia. Starting with internet research, the Apple website provided accurate and detailed vehicle inventory. On site at the dealership, Ed Karn was an outstanding sales consultant. I appreciated his laid back approach and no pressure technique. He was very knowledgeable about the Ford Focus models that I was considering and made the test drive both pleasant and informative. I also worked with Scott Rippy, Theresa Volz, and Jamie Thomas to get my deal done and my car out the door. At every step of the way your sales, customer service, and finance team was friendly, courteous, and respecful of my time. My 2-year old daughter also really enjoyed the play area in your show room while we worked on the deal. Overall, I had an excellent experience with Apple Ford and will definitely be recommending your dealership to anyone in the market. Thanks, Dave Denis More

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Hands down the best price. I live in PA . No Ford dealer within 200 miles could touch the price Apple Ford gave me. It was well worth 225 mile ride t Hands down the best price. I live in PA . No Ford dealer within 200 miles could touch the price Apple Ford gave me. It was well worth 225 mile ride to Apple. Since I was getting such a good price on a new vehicle, I thought Apple would not have not given me a good price on my trade. But I was wrong. I got $1000 more for my trade than anywhere also. That's a win win for me. Also, when purchasing a new ford you have options on rebates to take either the cash rebate or the low interest rate. I took cash rebates. So the finance department found a spectacular interest rate that was almost as good as the special financing thru Ford. Great job guys!! Thanks again Eric. Pittsburgh,PA More

Searched internet for new vehicle on various sites such as: Yahoo autos, Autotrader, and cars.com, Came across Apple Ford in Maryland on actually an F250. Saw there prices listed on the web page, click t as: Yahoo autos, Autotrader, and cars.com, Came across Apple Ford in Maryland on actually an F250. Saw there prices listed on the web page, click to find more info on that vehicle. Then requested info for that F250. ED Karns from Apple Ford contacted me the next day Via Email and by phone call. We talked and discuss what I wanted to do, trade my current ram 1500 for a new Truck. I advised him I'm 4 hours away and I would like to get the most of the paper work and leg work done before I even think of making a trip down to Apple Ford. Ed Karns Agree so he said go to our website and see what vehilce you like and he explained teh NO-Haggle pricing, Once I find a vehicle he will make sure i is still available with no holds on it. I found an 2012 F150 4x4 fx4 package. I explained the vehicle and gave him the stock number for it. I also said we have to discuss my trade in. I have been getting on average $17500 for the used RAM. Ed Karns explained I can't give you a value over the phone, We have to see it in person. I said I understand but this is what going to make or break this deal. He then replied well give me as much info as possible with the Vin# and I work on it. Ed Karns asked me what have you been getting on it, I said local dealershipare giving me horrible trade in value, right by the book, But I stated this is not a nomal vehicle, and dealer thats saw it are on average with about $17500 some higher some a little lower. He said do you think yor vehicle is actual worth dateI responsed trade in yes, selling it a little more. So he gave me the tentative figures of the $17500 and started working on the paperwork and gave me the best deal in 500 miles from my address. I stated those numbers look good And I'll make the trip tomorrow I stated I should be down between 9am- 10am. He stated I actually don't start til 1200 but I come in earlier to take care of you. Ed Karns stated I started the deal with you , I want to finish the deal with you, I'll just come in earlier and make sure I'm hear for you. I stated sounds good. Arrived the next day and told them we make plans down in the area for noon and he said lets get started then. ran the numbers, explained the process again, comfirmed the trade in value, We had so much going on all at once just to make this deal get done, so I can make my event. with in an hour we were ready to go and we signed and we drove away..........JUST WONDERING LIKE CAN'T MORE DEALERS AND SALES REP BE LIKE THIS!!!???!! In the end we drove for over 4 hours and cross state lines, And it was worth every second of it, I spend time with my family, enjoyed the events in the Baltimore area, Enjoyed the ride back and forth home, and enjoyed the thousand of dollars I saved by finding this dealer, they were wonderful. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERINCE I EVERY HAD, AND I buy a lot of vehicles. NEXT FORD WILL BE AN APPLE FORD. THANK YOU APPLE FORD AND THANK YOU ED KARNS More

We only went to Apple to see a new color of fiesta that was hard to find, and did not intend to buy it there. We intended to use the AAA buying service instead. I told the salesman what I had seen price- was hard to find, and did not intend to buy it there. We intended to use the AAA buying service instead. I told the salesman what I had seen price-wise on AAA and what I wanted for the trade. He said, OK. I was pleasantly surprised. He then wrote up the sales agreement and tried to charge the $795 delivery charge twice, hoping that I did not know that the charge is already part of the MSRP and Invoice prices. I pointed this out and he had it corrected. I am skeptical that this was an honest oversight. We ordered the car and came back 2 months later. In fairness, we actually ordered one car and then changed our order and ordered another one. They were very nice about this. The purchase process took 4 hours. We waited a few times for different folks to be available. The Customer Service lady tried very hard to sell us rust-proofing and undercoating, using "today only" tactics like a free lojack system, but today only. The finance guy scribbled down warranty offerings without asking us any questions about what we wanted or how much we drive the car. He had no warranty detailed literature or information. His "time of purchase" price for the warranty (the one option he offered) was $2400, it is $2050 on the ford website, or less without the first day rental option. He also offered a great deal on a prepaid maintenance plan. It was over $2000, the most expensive I can find on the ford website now for my car is $1455. Again, no details about exactly what this plan covers. In the end we are happy with the car and the deal. This process has been a mixed bag and you always need to be very careful and research everything... More
