It was my first time buying a brand new car from a big dealer so I thought the proce Let me star off by saying I'm very disappointed with this place. It was my first time buying a brand new car from a big dealer so I thought the process was gonna be easy and hassle free but oh!! my god!! was I wrong!!the process with the sales person was great,all the problems started at their FINANCE DEPARTMENT their so un organized they had me go back to redo the contract three times because of stupid things and on top of that they ask me for extra money for deposit, at the point,I just want it to return the car to them and forget about buying a car..but my husband convince me of just giving them the extra money so that we could leave..but now It seems like they cannot find the receipts for the deposit, and they want me to pay them again,like seriously this is driving me crazy and I'm so stupid because I didn't save all my receipts..I never thought I was going to need them so if you can save them because you never know what can happen..Im tired of dealing with this people..bad experience first and last car purchase from TOYOTA OF RIVERSIDE...thanks for the bad experience....
