Don't buy here after purchasing a Jeep Wagoneer $50000 plus I found the Quality of body work subpar. To start with I unstood the Jeep was in an accident and repaired and price was few thousand just below plus I found the Quality of body work subpar. To start with I unstood the Jeep was in an accident and repaired and price was few thousand just below book. When I arrived it was pouring rain and cold outside, vehicle looked good wet. I also noticed some trim was not right but there was a service bulletin on it through Jeep. Not a problem I'll bring to my local dealer and get it fixed. Signed a deal and left in the dark and rain on a six hour drive home. Next morning wanted to admire my new to me 2024 Jeep with now just over 7000 miles on it. Now a nice morning with the sunshine on it started noticing the horrible body work on the vehicle. The hood, fender and door where loaded with bondo you can even see it's a quarter inch thick in spots. The chrome was all put on with a black sealer gobbing out from under the chrome. The black shiny trim a couple inches wide by door mirror was pounded on with a hammer and dented in about six inches in length. Door seal on top not sealing properly goes from half inch gap in back to less than a quarter in front compared to other door. The bondo is still sticking across where hood, door and fender seems are. The chrome letters have white over spray around them. As far as mechanical the vehicle drivers fine but looks horrible . You can see orange peel on the paint that looks like it was done with a spray can. I called them to make them aware of this they had me talk to the manager who kept telling I accepted this vehicle as is.. I told them a dealer ship of this size I figured they would have pride about the quality of there work. The manager said ,but you signed off on it and we always recommend you have vehicles look at by a professional mechanic and body technician of your choice. She also reminded me that I have a one year manufacturer bumper to bumper warranty left. I said that there not going to fix your poor quality workmanship. She told me the vehicle had passed the mechanical inspection by the state inspector. I said that's great I agree it mechanically works well. My point is the body workmanship is poor quality. It looks bad but operates great. Trying to defend there body shop telling me how great of a job they did on this vehicle telling me she can vouch for there workmanship as I'm standing 5 feet from the vehicle looking at it. On top of it I noticed parts missing like there cover off the fuse box. The noise suppressor / seal by door hinges the upper noise foam between upper inside fender and outer fender. These things I notice while just looking under the hood talking to them. This all less than 12 hours of owning the vehicle. Their defense you should of seen that when you looked at it you signed as is. Basically you bought it we got ya and its your problem not ours anymore. She told me ,We took two months to fix it to get to this point Basically it's mine now. All this while denying what I was looking at couldn't be what I'm seeing . Send us the photos and we'll get back to you. I had sent them the photos before I even contacted them. I told them the pictures where in there possession. Manager said she look at them and get back to and repeated again that it was mechanical inspected by state and sale was as is but she would get back to me after she looked at photos. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. I Took vehicle to reputable body shop they laughed about the work and quoted me $7000 to get it right without all the bondo. If you're going to buy from this dealership bring a mechanic and body technician. Just to note Ed the salesman is a good guy. Not sure if he was even aware of body looking like this he didn't want to be out in the cold rain and wind anymore than I wanted to. So much for me thinking a dealership of this size would wanna conduct business this way. More

Something is wrong with the windshield this dealer had installed. I bought it with a cracked windshield and the understanding that they’d replace it when I got home from my trip. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership on August 12th 2023. I also purchased an extended warranty with the vehicle. after some consideration, I opted to cancel the extended warranty. I initiated and 12th 2023. I also purchased an extended warranty with the vehicle. after some consideration, I opted to cancel the extended warranty. I initiated and completed the cancellation via the dealership on August 24th 2023. I was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks to process the refund for the warranty. It is now November 14th 2023 and the refund still has not shown up in my account. I have been in contact with the Finance Manager I worked with for the sale since the original 8 week deadline was up. I have been assured they are doing all they can to make it right but that does not change the fact that I have not received my refund after nearly 3 months has gone by since asking for it. If you are buying a vehicle from these people, I would highly recommend that you DO NOT finance through them. I will not go as far as saying they are "crooks" but separating you from your money is definitely their top priority. More

I went to Suburban Ford of Waterford because of a vehicle they had on the lot that I really wanted, so talked to Ed and he advised me that it not yet ready for showing, a couple of days later he called me ba they had on the lot that I really wanted, so talked to Ed and he advised me that it not yet ready for showing, a couple of days later he called me back and said that I can come see it now. I went out there and took it for a drive and I liked it a lot but, I was informed that someone already put a deposit down on it, with that said I decided to look around for something else and I don’t really like the newer cars as much as this one, Ed informed me about a week and a half later that the car was available again so I put a deposit down on it and now it’s in my driveway, we we’re waiting on the title for this vehicle, that was the delay, anyways Suburban bought me out of my lease early and that helped me with my down payment, thanks again Suburban Ford of Waterford and a big thanks to Ed Rogin, my sales guy More
