Took van in for a recall. Was greeted right away by friendly staff out in the service aisle. They directed me to my advisor. Kelly was very pleasant and helped me understand what the recall was for, how long the appointment would take, and what to do if my vehicle did not pass. Very informative. Unfortunately my vehicle needs the recall ( no fault on the dealership ) . I just have to wait for parts to come in. Great experience today and I will be back to see Kelly. More

I had a recall on my GC L . . ED in the serv department got ahold of me. Let me know about the issue. I was in the next day. They fixed everything so quickly.. I got my car back . ED in the serv department got ahold of me. Let me know about the issue. I was in the next day. They fixed everything so quickly.. I got my car back washed and ready for the road. I didn't even know about the recall. I am thankful to Golling for reaching out to keep me and my family safe. I would recommend Golling to anyone. Dewan was exceptional during the whole experience. Keeping me updated and making sure I knew everything every step of the way. More
