From day 1 Hansel was understanding and never pressured me to buy anything. He had the beat attitude and invited me to take a test drive on the Jeep I was looking at. I waited for him to return from his d me to buy anything. He had the beat attitude and invited me to take a test drive on the Jeep I was looking at. I waited for him to return from his day off to sell me the Jeep we tested and he still communicated with me via txt to set up an appointment. What a valuable asset to have at Chrysler jeep Monrovia.
