Hansel was honestly welcoming straight to the point assisted me and shown me around the truck I wanted. Now Sales manager Mark was another thing, what stuck with me was his sales tactic he told me he r assisted me and shown me around the truck I wanted. Now Sales manager Mark was another thing, what stuck with me was his sales tactic he told me he rather expedite the truck going to auction than sell it to me . Now that was interesting to say, when I said so you rather sell the truck to auction for less money, lose Hansel a sale and not break even or help out a customer he said yes. All because I didn’t want paint protection on a used truck. Mind you I love my truck I’m happy I got it but having managers like that represent the brand is just awful business. The truck had a check engine light too he tried brushing it off that it was just the battery but after service inspected it, it was a deeper issues with the auxiliary battery. Overall I’m glad I found my truck there Hansel was amazing help but some training need to be done. The lot can use some attention all cars were dusty they need a wash. More
