John was our salesperson and we love his knowledge of product as well as his professional but friendly manner. He was so well prepared each time we came in. He works well with a tech savvy 18 year old as well as a 57 year old, who knows nothing of technology! Would highly recommend this dealership and John Besch. Was greeted warmly every time we entered the building, was spoken to by Mr. Vaughn and Mr. Smith on both visits. Spoke to a member of the service department who welcomed me and explained how to take care of regular maintenance and such.Looking forward to a long and happy relationship with Audi of Cary and my Q7. Very Customer Oriented I had previously purchased 2 vehicles (2013 S4 and a 2018 Q5) from Audi Cary and Len Talarico, so I already knew that he was a person I could trust an I had previously purchased 2 vehicles (2013 S4 and a 2018 Q5) from Audi Cary and Len Talarico, so I already knew that he was a person I could trust and work with. Having read some very positive reviews of the new RS3, I had told Len that I wished to drive one whenever possible. When he alerted me that one was available, I made an appointment while saying that the S3 and S4 might also be options for me. He and I drove all 3 cars, and he explained the features and strengths of each. Once I decided that the S4 as the best suited my driving needs, serious discussions began about colors, options and prices. Len was very knowledgeable about the S4 (drives one himself), and he found a car matching my preferences. The next order of business was to arrive and a trade-in cost that I could agree to. I felt that the trade-in value of my low mileage 2015 Corvette Z51 was fully acknowledged and that Len and Ed presented me with the best possible deal. Having done my homework on pricing, I was fully satisfied with the deal and agreed to it with shopping around. On the day of delivery, Gene went through the paperwork very professionally and Len took time to demonstrate some of the features for me while remaining available to answer additional questions as I learn about the car. More

Love my first A4; Audi Cary saved the deal I set out for my first vehicle purchase in 10 years and based on my research, had my eye on an A4. I explored five other comparable luxury sedans. All of my Audi dealer interaction was with Audi Raleigh, which was just OK. When I got to the point of negotiating numbers, I countered their offer and when their Sales Manager came in I could not believe the attitude he exhibited. After several attempts to work with him, I walked out of the dealership and considered walking away from the vehicle. I gave one last chance to Audi Cary to turn my opinion around of the Audi experience, otherwise I would select a different vehicle. Happily Len had the exact vehicle waiting for my appointment and treated me with complete respect in earning my business. When it came to the numbers, both Len and Ed were very reasonable and demonstrated they wanted to work with me to come up with a fair deal. I signed that night and picked up my vehicle the next day. I absolutely love my new Audi, and although this dealership is further away for me, I'm happy to go the extra distance to have such a great experience. More
