We would like to have a Service Manager reach out to you; however, we would need more contact information in order to call. To your point, the oil change itself does not take 2 hours, but includes check-in until when a tech actually is able to start working on your vehicle, completely draining the old oil , and putting in the new oil, tire rotations as needed, as well as the multi-point inspection of your vehicle. If you purchased your vehicle from Maus, or bought MausCare, your vehicle has Lifetime oil changes, tire rotations, and much much more. They have always been fair with warranty and recall issues. The free oil changes for life is a huge deal. With these new cars it can get costly for something as simple as an oil change. More
