The sales team was very friendly during the purchasing process, but my issue is that the trim and windows on the passenger side were scratched. When I pointed this out the team had me come back in to hav process, but my issue is that the trim and windows on the passenger side were scratched. When I pointed this out the team had me come back in to have the vehicle "assessed" and then I had to come back again to have the trim buffed out. The glass had to be replaced and I am still waiting for that to come in over a week later when I was told 3-5 days. The trim was not completely buffed out, there are still visible scratches, which is going to result in trip, or two, back to the dealership. This is not the experience I expected when purchasing a new vehicle. My rating is solely based on what I feel is poor communication and attention to the details of the cars they are selling. Everyone was very attentive until everything was signed and the purchase was done. More
