It took me about a week of calling and leaving a message on the AI machine that nobody ever returned my call. One day someone actually answered and I got an appointment to look at my car. Was told that da on the AI machine that nobody ever returned my call. One day someone actually answered and I got an appointment to look at my car. Was told that day that it would be about 7-10 days till they could get me back in to fix the issue and they would call as soon as they got the part which was supposed to be the next day. I waited about 5 days and started calling again leaving messages in the AI machine once again. Sent a text to the service manager. No response. Ended up driving to the dealership in order to talk to the service department. They looked into it and got me schedule the following week. This is the 10th KIA I have owned, never had a problem. Love them. However this is the first problem I had and the service for repair was totally an awful experience. More
