I applied for a loan online and in a matter of days I had gotten replies from several car dealers in my area. One of those calls was from Pine Belt Cadillac. They told me on the phone they get loans approved for people with sketchey credit all the time. Upon arriving at the dealership I was met by sales and lease specialist David Sperring. He was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and easy to talk to. I was looking for a used Mercedes between an 06 - 09 They just happened to have a 07 C - Class in stock. David went over the whole car with me and then he let my fiancé and myself take the car for a nice long test drive. It was a no brainer now it was matter of getting bought. In steps Eddie Castillo to work his magic. Without any negotiation Eddie lowered the price 4000 dollars added a 2 yr / 50,000 mile engine and drive train warranty. I ended up saving 2600 dollar so on the car, Ed got e pre-approval, so I was able to drive the car home that night. Dealing with Eddie and Dave was an absolute pleasure, never any pressure, felt very comfortable thru the whole process. Of course there was some documentation that was needed to finalize the financing, but that was not a problem, with Ed working his magic. More

Told if we didn't take the deal right then and there we were stupid. Not only that when I had told him I had made a decision and told him I was not buying the vehicle that night and needed to discuss this in private with my husband he told me that he knew it wasn't going to be there because he was going to sell it to another couple that was in there the same time as us. They showed the same p.o.s vehicles to every person who walked in there. I would not recommend anyone there. Not even my worst enemy because after I walked out of there he made me feel so little and like such a child. No man should ever treat a woman like that. I understand that this is his "job" but he was not good at trying to accommodate or help me and my husband at all. More

When I first contacted Ed, he spoke with me and made me feel I was his only customer. Michael greater me at the door, offered me coffee, and walked through the entire process. Michael could see I was upset, but he quickly made me laugh and relax. I brought the paperwork Ed had outlined for me in a very friendly email the previous day. Having been through hurricane Sandy and a recent death in the family, I expected more paperwork would be needed......but it wasn't, Ed knew I needed to bring. After a short wait, Michael brought me to my new car and it was....IS, beyond my expectations. Excellent dealership I went to Pine Belt Cadillac and was more than pleased I was there looking around and a salesman by the name of Alan walked up to me and he was showin I went to Pine Belt Cadillac and was more than pleased I was there looking around and a salesman by the name of Alan walked up to me and he was showing mea few of many cars and he said come with me there is one in the back well there it was the car of my dreams also one that I was sure I couldn't afford this incredible car then Al said come with me then I met an Incredible man that asked Me do you really want that car I said yes but was sure I couldn't afford it be said were going to get you that car and this Gentleman worked on then he went to work and worked intensely call after call never giving up and I still am amazed at what he was doing to put me in that car yes not only did he succeeded in getting me approved for the car I drove off the lot the same day with it, I can't thank Eddie enough for the time and Heart he put into doing this great job to help me I will always be greatful to him he is an amazing man and Pine Belt is very fortunate to have someone that talented I can only say Thank You and God Bless you your an amazing man , Greatfuly Larry Foca More
