I then met Rob who promised that if we could give Pine Belt a second chance they would make it right. Years later to this weekend, I never forgot what Rob said. He put us in touch with Pine belt Cadillac on 37 in Toms River. Alex our salesman, Jim and Ed the Manager, truly took the time to understand what we need and the price that would work for our family. The normal pressure you feel while buying a car was just not there. We are so happy that we were in and out in record time. After speaking with my salesman Louis Cer I stopped at Pine Belt Automotive just to look at a few cars never expecting to ever be approved for credit. After speaking with my salesman Louis Cerrato we filled out a credit app and he gave it to Ed Castollo dealerships manager. Ed told me not to worry about anything but he would get me approved. And to my surprise a short time later I was driving out with a Audi A3 Quattro. These people are great to deal with edited vantastic person my salesman Lou was very courteous taking care of all of my needs in purchasing this new vehicle. Excellent Customer Service As a first time buyer this has been an excellent experience. I had several friends shop for their cars here and I had to see what the fuss was about. As a first time buyer this has been an excellent experience. I had several friends shop for their cars here and I had to see what the fuss was about. Upon setting foot into their shop I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. Alex was the salesman who helped me find my way to the car of my dreams. His demeanor was relaxed and his charisma was more of a friend than simply pushing cars out the door. In addition, I also had the pleasure of working with Eddie Castillo. Eddie was able to set me up with a loan that worked for me. He was patient and nice enough to take the time to help me understand the details of the contract. At no point did he or Alex make me feel pressured into buying a car. The Cadillac brand was enough to make me walk through the doors, but the Pine Belt employees are what made me feel like family. Lastly and most Importantly their quick response to an online inquiry (from Alana and Eddie) also played a huge part in my experience. I can't say enough for the honesty, attention to detail, trustworthiness and overall quality of the dealership and their staff. If you are shopping for a car THIS is the place to go! More
