Spontaneous Purchase with no regret! I rated a 5 after a great experience with Ryan and Eddie. I came in for an oil change and decided to trade my car in for a new model after just a few I rated a 5 after a great experience with Ryan and Eddie. Both of whom have not purchased new vehicles in 10+ years and are not technologically savvy with the bells and whistles of new cars. Eddie has the patience of a saint! Working with my parents on every detail and features of their cars and making himself available whenever needed. His knowledge exceeds sales expectations. During the numbers and trade-in process, Don (who is also a personal friend) put their mind at ease that they were getting the best price. The financing process through Alesia was outstanding and seamless. She had all the paperwork well organized and made the signing process a breeze. All and all top notch customer service from start to finish. We are now a Toyota family! I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a new car! More
