I originally went to a different Toyota dealership where the staff actively pressured me into avoiding any certified pre-owned models and eventually ran me off the lot. When I got to Fred Anderson Toyota I walked up and told Eddie I just wanted to check out his pre-owned models and he was more than happy to drop some knowledge on me. He walked me through all the different models and how they compare to each other as well as what makes a certified pre-owned so special. We worked back and forth on finding a monthly payment that was just right for me with a low downpayment. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Eddie. Truly he has made my year. Eddie didn't know how my car had broken down and I was in a bind at the time but he really did save me from a terrible situation. I didn't even mention how he was able to replace an entire door panel and windshield at no additional cost due to some damage from the previous owner. I plan to be back next year because of the Conquest program to get a new Prius with a far less interest rate as well. If you can find Eddie you are one of the lucky ones. Eddie did pass me off to Alesia to finalize the paperwork and she helped with setting up my coverage on the car. She was incredible in working her magic and keeping my payments within view of my budget. Thanks again team! More
