He was professional, knowledgable, and fun to work with. We test drove a bunch of cars and he laid out my financial options for each one. Eddie walked us through all the legal/financial portion. He was also friendly & intelligent. He efficiently explained what each document meant and got us on our way. Our car wasn't supposed to come in for the better part of a week - so we needed a loaner car. Andy was the service manager who quickly got us a great Camry. The service department was another professional and efficient experience. Overall really good experience. Customer service was excellent all around. I paid a little more than I wanted to for my 2016 Rav4 - but I really like it. More
