Professional staff The people involved in the transaction (sales, finance, trade-in appraisal) all knew what they were doing so everything went smoothly. The sales person knew the cars, the finance guy knew all the available packages, management gave us a fair price on the trade, everyone was courteous and professional. So after dealing with a horrible sales team and sales experience at Hendrick Toyota of North Charleston, I had the pleasure of working with Brent Fric So after dealing with a horrible sales team and sales experience at Hendrick Toyota of North Charleston, I had the pleasure of working with Brent Frick and Eddie Cooks on them actually getting me the car I wanted. I'm not going to say that I got the best deal, but you really can't expect that with a limited edition vehicle. What was really great about my experience is the upfront honesty, the ability to be flexible with my trade in and the ability for them to throw me a couple of bones on the service side of the vehicle. I really recommend working with Brent and Eddie and guarantee my next toyota will also be from this dealer. More
