However, after speaking with our sales rep Eddie Cooks, we realized buying a new Tacoma was a way better option and essentially costing us the same as the used truck (which didn't have a lot of the features we wanted). Eddie not only informed/educated us of the differences in the various Toyota Tacoma series, but also helped us customize exactly the truck we wanted. The final price and the fact that we were able to finalize and take a test drive all within an hour was what made it an exceptional and pleasant experience. No stereotypical sales gimmicks here.
