I had been searching to find a car perfect for me for a few months and had some questionable experiences with other dealerships. I originally contacted the dealership via the internet. CJ Called me back with straightforward information and answered my questions. I later got more information from CJ and Jonathan and this encouraged me to make a 2 hour drive to this dealership. I was worried about whether I would face a "bait and switch" situation but I took a chance. Jonathan introduced me to Eddie who is one of the nicest and friendliest people I have ever met. I was shown the exact cars that I had discussed on the phone. The whole buying experience was straightforward and I believe everyone was fair and honest with me. I love my new car and I appreciate the people I worked with and I am spreading the word to everyone I know to go see "my people" in Gastonia. More

Everyone I met at the dealership was very friendly and genuinely seemed to interested making sure I was happy. I had price-shopped this car on the Internet with several dealerships and McKenny Salinas had the best price on their quote. I told the other dealerships that they had been out quoted but their second quote did not equal that McKenny had quoted. More

This was perhaps the easiest car purchase I've ever made-ranging from lexus to used vw bugs! The finance department was also most helpful, coming up with a better rate than anticipated. I had a couple of add ons which were all handled seamlessly on Tuesday (bought the car on Saturday). Little did I realize I had found the place where I would purchase my first Honda CRV EX on July the 17th. He left us with his business card on the 7th of July and we left our number with him. He not only did a follow up call but actually made us feel no pressure but to let us know he was there if we needed anything or wanted to purchase. On Saturday the 14th of July I walked into McKenney-Salinas Honda and walked out the proud first time owner of the most beautiful, fun and practical vehicle I have ever had the pleasure of owning, a 2012 Opal Sage Honda CRV. The most pleasant vehicle purchase I have ever made in my life. I would hope that all Honda dealerships have salespersons such as Eddie Jarvis as he is very good at what he does and we have a friend for life!!!
