I was impressed at how well and quickly he presented the information and didn't try to sell me the car that day when he knew I wasn't looking to buy. In the door and out with the information (and a test drive) in less than 30 minutes with no pressure to buy that day - exactly what I was looking to do. Along with the car being fantastic, Eddies customer service was by far the reason we chose to by from MS Honda. Starting with Jonathan Zirbel who I originally spoke with over the phone, the customer service was outstanding. Eddie Jarvis has to be the sweetest, most up front & honest man you could ever deal with. Roger Hoyle was thorough, yet quick in the finance office and as we all know, you want nothing more than a quick trip through the finance office to get into that new car! There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this dealership. I got the EXACT car I wanted in minimal time, no haggling & friendly faces all the way around. What more could you ask for?! I will most definitely refer everyone I know. More
