My 11 year old car had continued to need maintenance and we were discussing a new vehicle in the coming future. We decided to start our research and ended up really loving the Highlander Limited. We decided to go for a test drive that night and due to the long distance drive for the color body we wanted and our work schedules it put us arriving later than we had wished but we just couldn’t wait to test drive! Mr. Chaplin greeted us and asked how he could assist us- we couldn’t have asked for a more responsive and honest sales representative!
