The experience with country Chevrolet was absolutely fantastic. I bought this car six hours away while at work. I am from Guam and because of travel restrictions I couldn't travel to the US mainland to purchase my dream car a 2019 Grand Sport. I had a lot of anxiety about purchasing a used car without seeing it couldn't travel to the US mainland to purchase my dream car a 2019 Grand Sport. I had a lot of anxiety about purchasing a used car without seeing it 1st hand; however, after speaking to Eddie Thiree he went out of his way to get all the information needed third party information, the original build sheet from the manufacturer, etc. to make me feel comfortable about buying the vehicle of my dreams sight unseen. The greatest thing Eddie did was a 30-minute walk around via WhatApp live video of the car showing me all the paint imperfections, scratches on the front splitter, scratches on the door, etc.. When the trucking company showed up he also filmed the car being loaded from start to finish and also followed all the instructions necessary for the delivery to the port in Los Angeles. I would recommend Eddie to all my friends!!! More

I bought a 2015 Corvette from this dealership on-line. A local relative checked it out and test drove it for me. Pre-sale the dealership was very helpful & courteous. I paid to have a transport company trailer the car up to me. For some odd reason, prior to pickup, Country Chevrolet removed the front license plate holder from the car. My state, like Virginia, requires a front license plate. On Feb 16th, I brought that to their attention and they said they would send out a replacement. When it had not arrived by the 24th, I inquired about it. They told me to be patient. The next day I got a tracking number for it. It had just been sent, on the 25th! When it arrived it didn't look like the right part for my car. When I contacted them to ask about it, the parts dept. insisted it was. So I took it to a local Chevy dealer for inspection, and as I suspected, it was not the right part. They would order the correct one. I finally got it properly plated, inspected, and "road legal" 25 days after it was delivered to me. All because County Chevrolet removed the front license plate holder, delayed sending a replacement, and then sent the wrong part. A small thing "to their credit" - they did reimburse me for the correct part and for the labor of installing it that the local Chevy dealership charged me. The salesperson I worked with, Eddie Thiree, was helpful, courteous, respectful & kind throughout. He was caught in the middle of a uncomfortable situation and handled it well. For me, Eddie gets 5 stars - as a dealership, Country Chevrolet gets 3. More
