I had my car for service and ordered floor mats for my car. The floor mats didn’t come in to be installed durning my service, but the day after my car was serviced I had a check engine light. I was told that while they were addressing the check engine light that all my floor mats would be installed. When I went to pick up my car they fixed the check engine light it turned out to be wire connections that where not properly plugged in durning my first service, but they only installed the front and rear floor mats and not the cargo mat that I requested and verified that the service adviser ordered it with the first service. It turned out that it was never ordered and classic ordered the day I picked up my car after the second service. It is now two weeks after ordering the cargo mat and classic has still not reached out to me that they have received it. More

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the work place. All salespeople were willing to help each other and I did not feel pressured into buying a vehicle.,I was not so impressed with the hidden fee place. All salespeople were willing to help each other and I did not feel pressured into buying a vehicle.,I was not so impressed with the hidden fees not told to me in financing. I left feeling like something had been hidden and after loading the information on my computer, I learned there were hidden charges not disclosed. You are given FREE oil changes for two year period for the price of $650(doesn’t appear to be free) The sales staff is wonderful. While my vehicle was being prepared, other associates helped with getting me signed into the apps and explained quite a few functions I would recommend this dealership. More
