Went there with my son on a Friday evening. ..was getting late and started to rain. My son found a car that was descent but wasn't able to inspect the vehicle that well because like I said it st ..was getting late and started to rain. The next day, I noticed that the drivers headlight and the bumper were not aligned and something was wrong. I called and spoke to the sales manager(Edgar Hernandez) and explained what I saw and he said to take the vehicle in and they would take a look at it and decide if they can fix it there at the dealer or sent it out to get fixed. We'll to make this horrible situation short...starting from the sales manager to the two used car sales managers I was spoke with. They completely have been ignoring my calls and don't want to fix the problem. They knew the whole time what was wrong with the vehicle and don't want to take responsibility for it!!! They wanted to make a sale and I hold myself accountable for not inspecting the vehicle more thoroughly before purchasing it. They took advantage of the situation and I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!! More
