My husband and I went in to buy the Outback Wilderness Suburu and the experience wasn't anything less than perfect. It was stress-free, not the typical in your face to push you to buy type of sales. We were picky about what we wanted to pay and Mr. Ross gladly worked with us to get to where we wanted to be. He was cordial, laid back and easy going through the whole process. He was professional and personable while making the experience comfortable and easy. We had some hiccups along the way with the bank we wanted to work with that Ross easily could have turned us down since it turned into a multiple day ordeal, instead he worked hard and found a bank that would work within our budget. 10 out of 10 experience, I would highly recommend buying a car from here.
