Had to have my transmission replaced on my 2014 yukon. Edgar in the service department was awesome to work with. But Edgar kept me informed the entire time and proactively called to check in with me throughout the entire process. Once gangster received the part they had it installed and had my car back to me in one day. Will definitely be purchasing through Sangster the next time I need to buy a car and cannot recommend the service department highly enough! More

I had my 2018 Chevy Colorado Duramax at two other dealerships for what should have been quick and easy recall/warranty repairs. Unfortunately during course of repair-more damage was done to the truc dealerships for what should have been quick and easy recall/warranty repairs. Unfortunately during course of repair-more damage was done to the truck that neither were able to make right. Not thrilled about going back to either, I reluctantly called Sangsters to discuss and get their thoughts. We agreed on a plan and I dropped the truck off mid morning expecting for them to have it over night. To my surprise, I received a call at end of day- Sangsters service team had properly diagnosed and located the issue then repaired it properly - in only a few hours. Truck was done- and fixed! I have not had any issues since. Very happy with the team at Sangsters, they listened to the issues at hand, went over and above to figure out the root cause of the issue then repair it properly- same day.
