Customer Service is extremely important to us, we never want any of our customers to feel unimportant or disregarded. In looking into this particular situation, we believe there was some miscommunication and misunderstanding in regard to a trade in that was not present at the time of the customers visit. We truly apologize for any miscommunication and misunderstanding.

That is a false statement. The first thing I told Mr Hadziefendic was we have brought the car for appraisal and we need to know the price of the car before we sign anything. The price was not on their website because he had told us at our previous meeting that they had just arrived and that it was not showing on their website yet. He said that we had to commit to buying the car that day without knowing the price of the car we were buying, if no we were wasting his time. When we started talking to Dean Team on the phone in the beginning it was to some other salesman, but when we went there he said that he would take care, even though he was not the salesman we were in contact with. His behavior was absolutely unacceptable and disgusting.
