Both Edmund and Leon were very knowledgeable and took the time to show us how to use the Tesla app and what to expect with owning a Tesla. Edmund was also straight forward, he was not pushy and he was quick and efficient with getting us to sign the paperwork and emailing it directly to us. Stuff happens, but the follow-up from both the dealer and support has been less than adequate. Not a loaner car, and put me in a cheap rental, and so far, very poor follow-up from customer support. The stores need to have the ability to answer questions vs. being handed off to the support center that clearly has no urgency. Sean Flynn More
