You guys are top-notch. Bernie was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I have to give recognition to Edna Velasco. She truly went above and beyond. My first Honda purchase was an Odyssey in 2017 in Milwaukee and I never had an encounter with someone that was very knowledgeable about the TECH features on the vehicle. She got into my Honda pilot and walked me through the whole entire process with personalizing my vehicle. I felt like I was talking to a friend that I knew for years. She truly went above and beyond. I wish all Honda locations had someone very knowledgeable like Edna. She truly is phenomenal and a good asset to the company. My experience at Honda Mueller of Gurnee was spectacular.
