Pretty dissappointed with my experience buying a car. Was told I have two separate appointments, neither of which existed. After haour of being run around in circles over the phone, I had to literally leave work early to drive to the dealership for an appointment that was never scheduled ( I have a voicemail and text confirming it) , I ended up having to basically schedule myself and wait weeks for it to be fixed. Have contacted multiple managers and was run in circles even more. Eduardo was my salesperson, I feel like he said whatever I wanted to hear just to get the money out of my hands and then just stopped caring about his end of the deal. I also enjoyed when one manager made me cry and then berated me for crying. Super disappointing for my fist big car purchase. I would avoid this place. More
