I reached out to management, including Sulaiman Ahmad and Alex Atanassov, and received no response. Once the sale was complete, the dealership showed no interest in customer service or accountability. Based on my experience, Koons appears focused solely on moving vehicles off the lot, not on selling reliable cars or standing behind the products they sell.
