Very friendly, straight to the point, informative, answered all our questions and informed us throughout the process. Went from driving a gas guzzling 99 expedition to a 2019 Elantra and boy, you notice the 20years in between the cars right away. Fell in love after the test ride, loaded with features, and the people at Rosen were very helpful in getting everything I wanted into my budget!
