After much consideration, my wife and I chose to look for another Hyundai Sonata from Rosen Hyundai in Algonquin, IL. We looked at new and used cars on the lot on a Sunday (the first day that we had available. We left a message for information on the Rosen Web site and we were promptly contacted and asked to contact John Hutton. We met with John on Labor Day 9/4/2017, and he introduced us to Eddie Hernandez who was very much a part of a good sales experience. The most telling thing is that both men actually listened to our preferences and needs, and they set up with the best car to meet those criterion. Going through the financing process with Debrah Campbell was also a rewarding experience. We were able to get a fabulous extended warranty and still stayed within the monthly payment plan that we could afford. It is a very nice car, and I thank all of the Rosen employees for there help. More
