Insurance agent never contacted me and left me in a bind as I was counting on getting insurance thru Allstate. After having sales person contact her so I could see rates she stated it was too expensive and as I was counting on getting insurance thru Allstate. After having sales person contact her so I could see rates she stated it was too expensive and figured I wouldn’t be interested. So that why she didn’t contact me. I went thru website and got insurance thru Allstate. Then missing all weather floormats. Still waiting on information on extra policies purchased to see fine print on terms in case I need to use one or file a claim. Not sure if I’ll be buying a new car from them again. More
