Horrible customer service. The sale Rep was completely disrespectful by calling me the first initial of my name as if he knew me or it was cool. (He didn't mean any harm, but w The sale Rep was completely disrespectful by calling me the first initial of my name as if he knew me or it was cool. (He didn't mean any harm, but what makes him think he can do that?) Alot more can be said about this but i'll leave it there. One of the managers, Purcell Johnson made a promise to call me, and of course he never did. The so-called General Manager (Amar Rana) sent me an email asking about my experience, when I expressed my concern, they did not call back or respond back, instead they sent me some standard email saying i've received $750 towards a purchase. I DONT CARE ANYTHING ABOUT THAT!. Needless to say, they sold the vehicle I was going to pay cash for, no one contacted me, including the sales rep-(Edward Arhinful), who assured me he would call me. HEED THE OTHER REVIEWS THAT SAY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ITS NOT ALWAYS JUST ABOUT THE SALE KOONS..... I still have their business cards because I want to give it back to them personally. I don't want to put them in my trash. More

Edward has been great to work with, knowledgeable and professional. He returned all calls and messages timely and has been helpful with getting my car traded in and picking and buying a new one.
