I will definitely go back to BMW of Akron for any more service work or even a new BMW, everyone there is so nice and polite and not just to customers their that way with each other, I was so impressed at service work or even a new BMW, everyone there is so nice and polite and not just to customers their that way with each other, I was so impressed at the professionalism there it almost makes you not mind waiting for your vehicle. There is a lady that works in their service department named Alexandria, she makes you feel like your family or at least a good friend and is always smiling but don’t be fooled she knows those BMW’s probably better then most people who own one so make sure you talk to her an get her opinion before you buy one..
