Once I arrived, they made it very easy to complete the transaction. The only negative has been since buying the car trying to connect with Jake (BMW genius). After leaving 2 voice mails (which were not returned), I called Jason who had him call me. Since then, Jake hasn’t called me back to setup the encore. Other than this issue, it was an outstanding experience. More

Also, and understanding that the car was a Demo car with miles, but I think the car could have been better prepared for our pick-up and not have items that require a return visit to get repaired.
